- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote BTX chemicals.

03. Assistant IT
- Provide first-level support for end-user hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP & analog), NVRs/DVRs, and surveillance infrastructure.
- Perform routine checks and ensure 24/7 uptime of surveillance systems at all COCO sites.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and cabling issues.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment at sites (routers, switches, power supplies).
- Maintain Cat6/optical fiber cabling and related structured network layouts.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair/replacement of IT hardware and surveillance equipment.
- Perform data backups and basic server/NVR storage checks.
- Maintain asset inventory for all IT and surveillance hardware deployed at field sites.
- Provide remote or on-site support for IT incidents, ensuring minimum downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies at site level.
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field with minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, basic routing, switching).
- Basic hands-on experience with CCTV system installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with NVR/DVR operations and surveillance system health checks.
- Knowledge of cable management and structured cabling standards (Cat6, fiber).
- Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems (Windows), and basic networking issues.
- Ability to travel across Punjab region for site support and installations.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
04. Retail Development Engineer
- Assist in planning & execution of retail site projects.
