01. Management Trainee Officer (MTO)


Key Responsibilities:· 
  • Assist departmental supervisors and managers in day-to-day operations and project activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of garment manufacturing and export business processes.
  • Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and suggest practical improvements.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to process efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate across departments to meet production, merchandising, and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure timely documentation and reporting aligned with company SOPs.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized institute (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Experience: Not mandatory; however, relevant internships or academic projects will be consideredan added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years.

Skills:

02. Manager Quality Control


Key Responsibilities:.
  • Manage and control the overall Quality Control function (Cut to ship).
  • Develop and execute quality control protocols in line with buyer requirements.
  • Supervise inline and final inspections to ensure defect-free shipments.
  • Train and guide QC teams for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduation/Masters from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 8-10 years in the garments/textile sector, including at least 5 years in a similar role.

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards, buyer specifications, and garment inspection techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

03. Assistant Manager - Garments Planning


Key Responsibilities:·
  • Assist in developing and executing garments production plans as per customer order timelines.·
  • Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, cutting, and production departments to ensurematerial and workflow readiness.
  • Monitor progress against plans and highlight any delays or deviations for timely intervention.
  • Maintain planning records, WIP tracking, and related reporting dashboards.
  • Support capacity planning based on production line availability and order priorities.
  • Need to closely working with supply chain team.

Requirements:
Education: Graduation/Masters from any HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in garments production or planning within a manufacturing environment.

Skills:
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Exceland planning software/tools.
  • IE experience would be preferred

04. Executive - Industrial Engineering


Key Responsibilities:·
  • Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in setting standard minute values (SMVs) for garment operations.
  • Support line balancing and capacity analysis for optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement improvement plans.
  • Maintain IE-related records, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Need to reduce MMR, existing Cost using automation & Innovations.

Requirements:
Education: Graduation in Industrial Engineering or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the garments/textile manufacturing sector.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in MS Excel and IE tools/software.

05. Outdoor Purchaser


Key Responsibilities:·
  • Carry out market visits to source required items and negotiate with vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle and maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
  • Prepare and submit purchase reports.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum SSC (Matric); HSC will be preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in the garments/textile sector, experience in a similar position will bean added advantage.
Language: Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
Personal Attributes: Honest, dependable, and trustworthy (especially for cash handling)

06. Purchase Assistant


Key Responsibilities:·
  • Assist in daily procurement operations and vendor communications.
  • Maintain purchase records, inventory logs, and documentation.
  • Prepare comparative statements and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the purchasing team with data entry and report generation.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate; Commerce graduates will be preferred.

Language: Proficient in English.
